Announcements

• Every 4th Friday there will be a Stake dance at the Stake Center form 8:30-10:30pm. Come learn new dance steps and have fun with others in the stake. Bring your partner and a snack to share.
• Church History Library dedication is Saturday, June 25th at 11am.
• Ward temple night is Thursday June 18th at 7pm.
• Enrichment night is June 10th, more deatils to come.

Happy Memorial Day!

• This is the last week of the month so don't forget to do your visiting teaching and then report it to your supervisor.
• Next weeks lesson will be combined with the priesthood.

The Apache Junction library and the Mesa libraries have reading programs for kids that allow them to earn prizes this summer. The Mesa library also has a culture pass that is good for 2 weeks and allows you into museums in Az for free. Visit the libraries to register. Barnes and Noble is also doing a reading program for kids that allows them to earn free books. Register online.

Good News Moment

• Leann Fuller passed her cosmetology test.
• Rhea Green is excited that she only has 4 days left of teaching school. Other sisters were did not think that school getting out this week is good news!

• Enrichment is this Wednesday night at 6:30 at the church. A nursery and yummy desserts will be provided. It is game night so come and have fun!

Stake Conference Schedule

Just a reminder about Stake Conference this weekend. The schedule is as follows (all meetings are to be held at the Stake Center):

Saturday, May 2, 4:00 pm - Priesthood Leadership (for those in priesthood leadership callings) YM Presidencies, All Clerks and Secretaries, Quorum presidencies, HP group Leadership, and Ward Mission Leader
Saturday, May 2, 7:00 pm - Adult Session
Sunday, May 3, 8:30 am - General Session

Please make every effort to attend the appropriate sessions. Remember that the messages shared are specifically for us from our local leaders.

Make sure to contact your visiting teaching and home teaching families to confirm that they have this information.If your child wants to be part of the Primary choir the practice is at 1:30 saturday- sunday dress- and they need to be at the stake center at 8:00 Sunday morning. The choir NEEDS your 8-11 year old kids!
