Relief Society -June 20th

Announcements
~ Thank you Wendy Riggs, for substituting our Relief Society lesson on such late notice! You did awesome and we all enjoyed your lesson!
~ This Thursday @ our church building @ 10 a.m. we are tying a quilt together! Anyone is welcome to come, even if you have never tied a quilt before!
~ The Primary children have been given scripture reading assignments for the summer. Please help and encourage them to do their reading! If your child hasn't received a packet, they can grab one in primary next Sunday.

~ Amy Green came home from the hospital! It was so nice seeing her at church!

*Thank you to everyone who signed up to be in our quilting club! It's going to be so fun! You can still sign up if you didn't get the chance, just contact Lisa Brown. Our first get together for our quilting fun is going to be Wednesday June 23rd at 10 a.m.
* This month we are collecting dessert recipes. So please bring your recipes to Relief Society meeting at church or email them to lisabrownaz@hotmail.com.
*We still need one more sister to help substitute in the Primary on Fathers Day, so that all the men can be in Priesthood Meeting.
*Please sign up to go visit Amy Green! She LOVES having visitors! If gas money is an issue for anyone, contact Lisa Brown and she will get you the money you need.

* Wed night, June 2nd is our midweek Relief Society meeting.


"The Write Stuff" by guest teacher Risa Moore

Come learn how to write your personal history in a hour! It works for others too, so you can write your Grandfather's as well! Light refreshments and nursery.


* Thurs, June 3rd - Volleyball at the Stake Center - 8:30pm


*Friday, June 4th - Ward Temple night - 5:30 session


Sunday is fast Sunday. We are having a special fast for Amy Green. She is still in the hospital battling a bacteria that attacks those with compromised immune systems. Please keep her in your prayers. If anyone would like to visit her, please let Lisa or Colette Goodman know. We are trying to get her lots of visitors, just not all on the same day.

*Lastly, the boys are at scout camp this week. The Bishop has asked that we keep them and their leaders in our prayers.
